A great white, limestone rock in Cyprus, reputed to be the birthplace of Aphrodite. This was a particular challenge because anything white is surprisingly difficult to engrave and often just looks dirty. I wanted to show the texture of the rock but also the intense heat and resolved this by making the sky dark to contrast with the rock.
