Who doesn’t love a donkey? These were seen at the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth. In contrast to the awful pictures seen on television, these are happy donkeys frolicking in green pastures. They are housed in clean shelters among the beautiful rolling hills of South Devon with views of the sea. The impression is of wealth: everything is pristine with bright white fences and caring staff and visitors. I adopted one for my friend’s birthday.
